Ehkä pitäis alkaa ottamaan valokuvia mun järkkärillä. Se vaan mätänee tuolla kirjahyllyssä päivä toisensa jälkeen. Reppana. Samma på svenska.

So, everybody (?) knows I'm a bigtime breakfast maniac. No morning is a morning without a good breakfast. I doubt I'd ever be able to do intermittent fasting, for that reason exactly. Ooh, and I've found so many great raw vegan recipes lately, so I'm super excited to try new things!
So here we go, 7 breakfasts, 6 days. Notice that one breakfast is missing the usual cup of coffee (with soy milk). That's because I ate it in the evening instead of dinner.So actually this is only 6 days of breakfast. I have a bad habit of not eating proper dinner and replacing it with something breakfast-y. I prefer breakfast anyway, always. Unless we're talking goat cheese. That's probably the sole thing I will miss when turning into a vegan. Because I will. I wouldn't not be a vegan, living with Laura. It would feel so weird to eat meat in front of a vegan. Oh right, I think I had a bite of chicken in front of you Laura last night haha. I go against my own principles. Well, I gotta get rid of the 1 kg chicken breast that's still in my fridge. Once that is gone (and trust me, it's gonna take a while), I will begin a vegan life. Tata! I shall continue watching Suits now, then it's time for some HIIT Tabata. Stay strong and have a lovely Saturday!

Dates, oat/eggwhite scramble and avocado.
Chia pudding with banana and peanut butter.
Overnight oats with raspberries and brazil nuts.
Avocado, millet porridge (hirsgröt) and cherries
Chia pudding with raspberries and lemon water (another breakfast staple, I always have a glass of it, first thing every morning)
Banana & Date smoothie (Laura's recipe)
And last but not least, today's breakfast: Oatmeal pancake (crumble) with cashew date cream, banana and cherries.
